Rochelle Mendelsohn is a business strategist with more than 20 years of experience. Her background includes strategic planning, organizational development, information services, international supply chain strategy, marketing, business planning and sales management. Rochelle transferred her skill set to the private sector when she joined Strategies in 2004. Since then, she has helped entrepreneurs and family businesses achieve their goals and overcome hurdles through organizational assessments, strategic planning, retreats, organizational effectiveness and redesign, and executive coaching.
With a track record of delivering results by combining broad functional experience, strategic-thought leadership and analytical grounding, Rochelle develops practical solutions for business challenges. During her time with The Quaker Oats Company and PepsiCo, she held planning roles at the corporate, operating unit and sales region levels, gaining proficiency in developing and implementing both strategic long-range plans and annual operating plans. She also developed marketing programs, managed sales teams, planned international launches, led an internal consulting team for senior management and established expertise in driving organizational effectiveness.
Rochelle earned a Bachelor of Science in mathematical sciences and a Master of Science in operations research from the University of North Carolina. She also received a Master of Business Administration in finance and policy from the University of Chicago.
