Mimi works with both the public and private sectors to create sustainable results that impact the organizational mission.

Her particular brand of coaching focuses on developing interpersonal strengths, executive presence, communication/conflict skills that have led to measurable results in turnover, loyalty, responsiveness, and productivity. She specializes in working with executives who are highly skilled at their jobs and valuable to the organization but need guidance with the interpersonal skills to influence and motivate others, manage resistance, deal with politics and negotiate collaboration. Mimi has 3500 documented hours as an Executive Coach and has considerable experience coaching High-Potential Executives, Senior Leaders, Teams, and C-Level Officers/SES at multiple corporations and federal government agencies. Corporately, Mimi has coached individual leaders at RAB Design Lighting, Inc., Saft USA, Pivot Physical Therapy (Corporate), Keller Foundations North America, and Genesis HealthCare. In the public sector, Mimi has most recently worked NSA, NIH, USDA, GSA, OPM, DHS-USCIS, FDA, and the U.S. Air Force. Mimi utilizes a variety of Assessment Profiles to enhance her coaching.
Mimi is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and holds a master-level certification in Organization and Relationship System Coaching (ORSC) through CTI. She was a Certified Trainer/Facilitator for the Shapiro Negotiations Institute delivering negotiations training to Fortune 500 companies and has also had Conflict Coaching training. Mimi attended Dickinson College and holds a Master of Science degree from Johns Hopkins University, where she later served as an Adjunct Professor. Mimi has sat on the Board of Directors for the ICF Metro DC Chapter. She currently resides with her family in the Baltimore, Maryland area.
