Deb Patterson | Controller, Administrative Manager

Deb came to Strategies in 2005 after 20 years of managing a family business and several years working in the small business department of a local CPA firm. In 2010, Deb acquired her Maryland CPA license.

As Controller and Administrative Manager for Strategies, Deb manages accounting and finance, human resources, and external professional relationships. She also provides IT support in conjunction with an external technology firm. Administratively, she supports the Strategies’ team and its clients with oversight of contract management and fulfillment thru policy and procedure development, scheduling, and retreat planning.

At home, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her feline family. Personal interests include enjoying the outdoors, yoga, cat rescue, and attending estate sales.

Deb is Vice President of her neighborhood association.
